ABECADŁO WOLNYCH DZIECI (THE ALPHABET OF FREE CHILDREN) formed in Warsaw in Mokotów in 1986 and existed until 1991. They were known mainly local from gigs, school festivals and from tapes from their gigs what were passing on in the city. They played in “Remont” on Mokotów Music Autumn and Out of Control. In May of 1987 they played in Zamość on “Punk in the Underground” concert. Also they took a part in auditioning to Jarocin Festival. For a moment they arose in whole-nation radio – Rozgłośnia Harcerska. Especially the song about Janosik received a lot of attention from polish punks. This famous song has been covered also in ska version 3 years ago by SKACOWANI band. Every country has got its own Janosik. The world needs positive heroes.

Zespół ABECADŁO WOLNYCH DZIECI powstał w Warszawie na Mokotowie w 1986 roku i działał do 1991. Byli znani głównie lokalnie z koncertów i festiwali w szkołach oraz z krążących po mieście kaset z tych występów. Grali także w klubie „Remont” na Mokotowskiej Jesieni Muzycznej oraz Poza Kontrolą. W maju 1987 roku wystąpili na koncercie „Punk w Podziemiu” w Zamościu. Próbowali sił także na przesłuchaniach na festiwalu w Jarocinie. Przez chwilę zaistnieli w ogólnopolskim radio w Rozgłośni Harcerskiej. Szczególnie ich utwór o Janosiku odbił się szerokim echem wśród punków w Polsce. Ten znany kawałek został scoverowany też w wersji ska 3 lata temu przez zespół SKACOWANI.
Każdy kraj ma swego Janosika. Świat potrzebuje pozytywnych bohaterów.
