BRZYTWA OJCA (FATHER’S RAZOR) formed in the end of 1984 in Gliwice (Lower Silesia). The band along with Śmierć Kliniczna, Processs, Absurd and RAP was co-creating famous Gliwitz Alternative Scene (GAS). They were playing punk rock with very nihilistic and destructive message. In 1987 they debuted in national-wide radio broadcast „Radio nieprzemakalnych” what was hosted by Walter Chełstowski. They played in whole country with bands like Dezerter, Moskwa or KSU. They performed with great success on Jarocin Festival in 1987 and 1989 (in 1989 at the special invitation of ARMIA band). After tragic death of singer PASTOR who died in car crash in early 90s the band have never got back on stage. One of the band members – KISMAN – continued playing in other punk bands: Rottweiler, Koyanisquatsi and Whitman.
“The beach” song is a vision of inevitable future of infected world by human passivity and irresponsibility.

BRZYTWA OJCA powstała pod koniec 1984 roku w Gliwicach (woj. śląskie). Zespół wraz ze Śmiercią Kliniczną, Processsem, Absurdem i RAP-em współtworzył słynną Gliwicką Alternatywną Scenę (GAS). Grali punk rocka z mocno nihilistycznym i destrukcyjnym przesłaniem. W 1987 roku zadebiutowali w ogólnopolskiej audycji „Radio nieprzemakalnych” Waltera Chełstowskiego. Koncertowali w całej Polsce z takimi kapelami, jak Dezerter, Moskwa czy KSU. Wystąpili z sukcesem na festiwalach jarocińskich w latach 1987 i 1989 (w 1989 na specjalne zaproszenie zespołu ARMIA). Po tragicznej śmierci wokalisty PASTORA w wypadku samochodowym na początku lat 90-ych zespół już nigdy nie wrócił na scenę. Jeden z członków zespołu KISMAN kontynuował punkowe granie m.in. w zespołach Rottweiler, Koyanisquatsi czy Whitman.
Tekst „Plaża” to wizja nieuchronnej przyszłości świata skażonego przez ludzką bierność i brak odpowiedzialności.
