PARANOYA is a band from Jarocin, which was set up in 1980. They played very fast punk rock. They had rehearsals in the famous Jarocin Community Centre. They usually gave concerts at the spot and they played with PROWOKACJA very often. Broader audience could see them at the small stage in Jarocin in 1986 for the first time. In the same year the members of the band were called up into the army and the band suspended their activity. Two members joined ACAPULCO. Rudy, PARANOYA’s drummer played also in SCHIZOFRENICZNA PROSTYTUTKA MARIA.
The lyrics Polish swine says about the biggest disease of the Polish. Drunkenness can turn into alcoholism – a habit destroying human relations and hopes of many families to decent life without fear, arguments and sense of guilt. It leaves “mental scars” for years.

PARANOYA to jarocińska kapela, która powstała w 1980 roku. Grali bardzo szybkiego punk rocka. Próby mieli w słynnym JOKu – Jarocińskim Ośrodku Kultury. Koncerty grywali głównie lokalne, często z PROWOKACJĄ. Szerszej publiczności pokazali się na małej scenie festiwalu w Jarocinie ‘86. W tym samym roku członkowie grupy zostali powołani do wojska i zespół zakończył działalność. Nie wydali oficjalnych nagrań. Dwie osoby z kapeli zasiliły potem kapelę ACAPULCO. Rudy, perkusista PARANOYI, grał też w SCHIZOFREMICZNEJ PROSTYTUTCE MARII.
Tekst Polskie świnie mówi dosadnie o największej chorobie Polaków. Pijaństwo może przerodzić się w alkoholizm – nałóg niszczący więzi międzyludzkie i nadzieje wielu rodzin na godne życie bez strachu, awantur i poczucia winy. Zostawia „psychiczne blizny” na lata.
