4 KOPNIĘTYCH I FRED (4 KICKED AND FRED) – the band was formed on 1st Jannuary 1983 in Warsaw. They have presented new wave repertoire with punk elements. They get to Jarocin Festival in 1983 and played on Big Stage what let them to be recognizable in Poland. Also in the same year they received an invitation to TV show “5-10-15” on TVP but they refused taking a part in it because of their independency and rebellion. They also played at other festivals in Toruń, Róbreggae and came back to Jarocin in 1986. Their last gig with first singer MODS they played in November 1986 in “Remont” club in Warsaw. After this the singer moved out to Canada and band has been suspended. FRED – the bassist – since 2006 has played in cold wave band HARVESTER. He performed also in 2013 in experimental group as 4 KOPNIĘTYCH I FRED at “Rock na Bagnie” festival.
In the whole world history there was no day without the war. Just name of place stricken with terror change. Only graves and survivors’ traumas have left. There are their victims and murderers with God complex. The world looks at victims’ tears, is outraged but war still lasts.

4 KOPNIĘTYCH I FRED – zespół powstał 1 stycznia 1983 roku w Warszawie. Prezentowali repertuar nowofalowy z elementami punka. Dostali się z przesłuchań na festiwal jarociński w 1983 roku i zagrali na dużej scenie, co pozwoliło zespołowi na pewną rozpoznawalność w Polsce. Jeszcze w tym samym roku dostali zaproszenie do TVP do programu „5-10-15”, ale z powodu niezależności i swojego buntu odmówili występu. Zagrali jeszcze m.in. na festiwalach w Toruniu, na Róbrege i powrócili do Jarocina w 1986 roku. Ostatni koncert z oryginalnym wokalistą MODSEM zagrali w listopadzie 1986 roku w klubie „Remont” w Warszawie. Potem wokal wyjechał na stałe do Kanady i zespół zawiesił działalność. Pozostali muzycy zasilili inne zespoły warszawskie. Basista FRED od 2006 roku gra w zespole cold wave HARVESTER. Wystąpił też w 2013 roku w eksperymentalnym składzie jako 4KOPNIĘTYCH I FRED na festiwalu „Rock na Bagnie”.
W całej historii świata nie było dnia bez wojny. Zmieniają się tylko nazwy miejsc dotkniętych terrorem. Zostają groby i traumy ocalonych. Są ofiary i ich mordercy z kompleksem Boga. Świat patrzy na łzy pokrzywdzonych, oburza się, a wojna i tak trwa!
